Shipping policy

We ship large products using a freight service.  The items will be bubble wrapped and secured to a pallet.  The item will be delivered inside of your home, but not set up.  Please unwrap and inspect the item PRIOR to signing the delivery slip as damages due to shipping need to be indicated prior to signing for your item.  Please contact us immediately to report any damage as we have a limited period of time to place a claim with the shipper.
