Non-Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if:
- The item is returned within 30 calendar days of customer receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).
- The items is in good, resalable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you use the original shipping and packing materials to ensure a safe return. We also strongly encourage you to ensure the shipment for the value paid for the item(s).
Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
If your furniture is damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange to return or exchange the item.
