At Bass & Bennett, we are committed to providing our customers with the best experience and products possible. We do however understand there may be times when we need to rectify issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our items are unique and valuable because of the imperfections.... We take great lengths to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information and detail so you may make the best informed buying decision possible. Most of our pieces are hand crafted from natural materials. There are natural variations, finishes that have been distressed over time, and color fluctuations. These add to the character and beauty of the piece and are not considered defects.
Non-Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges of items if:
- The item is returned within 30 calendar days of customer receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below).
- The items are received in good, resalable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly encourage you use the original shipping and packing materials to ensure a safe return. Bass & Bennett will not be responsible for returned items that are damaged while being returned. We also strongly encourage you to insure the shipment for the value paid for the item(s).
Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
Please be sure to inspect the item for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Please provide photos of the item in it's original packaging and of any damage. Please be sure to highlight any damage to the packaging.
If your furniture is damaged during shipping or there is an issue with the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange to return or exchange the item.
If your furniture is not damaged, but you'd like to return it for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll process the return. The return shipping charges will be your responsibility. The original sales price will be refunded once the item has been received in salable condition (we will not be responsible for any damage sustained during the return shipping). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
